Recruitment Procedure

Terms appointment:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Adequate qualifications.
  • 3 years of experience in the field
  • Residence in Kuwait
  • The school’s selection board approval.

How the appointment:

Employment forms are filled in at the reception in light of the available vacancies. The HR sorts out the application forms according to specialization and hands them over to the HODs and the selection board. Having done this, the appropriate candidate will be interviewed and asked to give a model lesson that the HOD and the principal attend. If appropriate enough, the candidate is recruited and he/she signs a contract with the school.
