Technology in Al Resala Bilingual School

At Al Resala Bilingual School, we develop students’ digital citizenship skills by using technology in classrooms. (RBS ICT Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines 2018)

Teachers use the school learning management system (LMS) called Classera to increase students and parents' awareness of curriculum and learning objectives.

With the help of Technology,

Teachers have started implementing Blended Learning strategies like flipped classroom, online quizzes, etc. Integrating technology in education helps students stay engaged and motivated, it builds 21st century skills and accelerates learning.

Teachers use technology as a means to differentiate teaching and learning according to the needs of students. Technology helps us to connect with students of all learning styles.

“We need to embrace technology to make learning more engaging. Because when students are engaged and they are interested, that's where learning takes place.”

RBS provides courses like Robotics (LEGO and WEDO) and projects using STEM for the high school students as an Elective subject.

The middle school students’ use tablets for learning, and we also have LED touch screen Smart boards in the classrooms. The high school students bring their own laptops (with approved apps and wifi access) to school every day.
